Meet Vidya Lakshmi – Physiotherapist & Women’s WellnessCoach

I’m Dr.Vidya Lakshmi, founder of Core Bloom, where I support women through pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause. My journey began as a mother of two, recovering from C-sections and struggling with weak pelvic floor health. Like many women, I silently battled postpartum challenges—until I discovered the power of physiotherapy, Pilates, yoga, and strength training. With dedication, I restored my pelvic health, lost 20 kg of postpartum weight, and rebuilt my strength and confidence.

This transformation inspired me to specialize in pelvic floor rehabilitation and create Core Bloom—a space where women can heal, grow stronger, and feel empowered at every stage of life.

At Core Bloom, I combine science-backed physiotherapy with holistic practices like Reformer Pilates, yoga, and strength training to help women restore energy, balance, and joy from within.
